Here are some pictures of us homeschooling. This is for those who think we dont do anything all day. LOL Adrian is making things with the pattern blocks. He loves to do this.
Kelsie is working on handwriting. Im not sure what Karly is working on. It is dark outside, I just noticed that when I was uploading the picture. Not sure why we were doing homeschool so late, but its probably just some finishing up work.
Karly is working on her spelling words. It looks like she is writing down the spelling rule that goes with this lesson. Im not sure she can see with the hat over her eyes! LOL
Kelsie is counting on her 100 number chart. Im thinking she is using the linking cubes to figure out missing numbers.

Here he is, Mr. Jonathan. Isn't he the cutest thing? He is almost 11 months old. He is standing up and balancing himself, cruising around the playpen and living room, and almost always laughing at someone or something. We are so blessed!
By the way ignore the date stamp on the pics. my date is messing up, these are all very recent. :)

I so want to post more pictures. We have some great ones but alas the USB chord is still MIA. Hubby keeps promising me a new one...guess I will just have to wait.
Adoption news.... we are looking at April 28 at 8:30am. Praying this will be true and not another "GOTCHA" trick! *rolling eyes*. Trying to keep this thing updated without pictures stinks! :0)

I will update everyone on adoption status' and the new baby that we hope to bring home, soon. I want to invite everyone to comment and let us know whats going on with your families. Also please feel free to ask questions about our little nest we love to talk about our children! :) Im going to let Karly post soon. Probably on New Year's day. It will be reviewed by the mommy and the daddy before it is released into blog world though...ya know she is only 8!! LOL

Christmas Day Pictures

The children had a blast on Christmas day. Santa had left their presents out so they got to play with them when they got up. There where three princess dolls for the girls, a box of legos for Adrian, and a toy vaccuum cleaner for C. As soon as Grandma C and the cousins made an appearence they were allowed to unwrap all their presents. They had far to many but mommy and daddy got lots of hugs and thank yous. Not long after the first unwrapping of the presents. Grandma and Grandpa S and Aunty Ellen showed up with three bags full of presents. I wish I had pics of the outfits that Grandma and Grandpa S got for the kids. They are adorable. I will take some and post next time they wear them. The children played all day and were falling asleep at Christmas dinner that evening. Adrian helps Grandpa open his presents.
C plays with the mini robot that looks just like Uncle Davids. He did the happy dance when he opened it!
Tamara got a Sleeping Beauty Princess doll from Santa. Kelsie got a Cinderella Princess doll from Santa. Not pictured is Karly's Snow White Princess doll from Santa.

Welcome to our family blog. We hope that through this blog we can keep in touch with family and friends both near and far. To start us off here are a few pics from Christmas Eve morning at Grandma's house. Karly
